What is this study about?

Many people with migraine also have neck pain, but it is not known how migraine is related to neck pain. By understanding migraine and neck pain, UQ and RBWH Researchers hope to eventually help management of migraine.

Eligibility

We are seeking participants aged 18 to 65 years who fit into one of the following groups.

  1. Suffer migraine and neck pain
  2. Suffer migraine, but no neck pain
  3. Suffer neck pain but do not suffer from headache
  4. Have no headaches and no neck pain
What does it involve?

You will be asked to complete some questionnaires online.  Eligible participants will then be invited for a single session of clinical tests on movements, joints and muscles of your neck and balance system at the University of Queensland, St Lucia. The session will take approximately 90 minutes.
