Join UQ Master of Physiotherapy (Sports and Musculoskeletal) students, educators, and keynote speaker Professor Shaun O’Leary for the Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Master's Conference 2025.
With current students discussing their research topics, and Professor O’Leary’s presentation Other influential factors impacting patient engagement and outcomes in musculoskeletal care, this year's conference will be relevant for the entire sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy community.
All registrants will have access to the recording and pdf copies of the student presentations following the conference.

Keynote speaker: Professor Shaun O’Leary
Title: Other influential factors impacting patient engagement and outcomes in musculoskeletal care
Shaun O’Leary is a Professor in Physiotherapy at The University of Queensland’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and a longstanding research fellow of the state-wide Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Screening Clinic and Multidisciplinary Services (MPSC&MDS) in Queensland Health.
Shaun is also a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist as awarded by the Australian College of Physiotherapists, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
